Our high-quality Desi Ghee is made fresh daily at our facilities. Our desi ghee is made from 100% cow's milk, which is carefully selected to meet our needs and hygienic standards. 
After butter is prepared, it is cooked for several hours over a very low flame. For the required quality of Desi ghee, this process requires accuracy and ongoing observation. Solids are totally separated during this process.

Desi ghee is made up of fats, 62% of which are saturated fats. Without changing the lipid profile, these fats play a significant role in raising HDL, or good cholesterol, and lowering LDL, or bad cholesterol.
